Positive: I booked two condos over President's Day weekend in the same building, Arrowleaf so I got to see 2 management companies and 2 different units. The decor in this unit was very nice and being on the first floor was helpful. The coffee maker for the building was right outside the unit and we were only 1 floor up from the ground meaning less time to the unit with only 1 elevator in the building. The jacuzzi is also on the first floor. The shuttle service has a very good app and was able to move us around time even with a large group of 11. The ski locker worked great an the place is truly ski in/out.
Negative: This unit overlooks the driveway of the building, not the ski mountain. There are mountains in the background but you are overlooking a driveway. The other side of the unit looks directly into another building that is not that far away so if you are looking for privacy you will need to keep the blinds down. Arrowleaf is in Empire Pass which has no facilities. Also, if you have kids in ski school you cannot ski home at the end of the day because the lifts close forcing you to take the shuttle bus home which was annoying. The game tables are in the other building so if you have young children they can't go downstairs on their own. Finally, the communication for this unit was just OK. The Management Team from the other unit were much more proactive and made themselves available for questions and an easier check-in.
Summary: Just OK. Nice furnishings but not private. If you have kids in ski school don't stay here.
